Kitschen Quickie: Bangers n' Mash

Couldn't leave London without having this!

There's a place called Mother Mash on some street I can't remember but you enter through Carnaby Street with a create your own bangers and mash type thing. They have a selection of sausages, different kinds of mash and different kinds of gravy that you mix and match. It was really good and only 8 quid. Woohoo!

Is there a place in Manila one can get English pub food?

  1. try Howzat Sports Bar in Kalayaan near Rockwell (http://howzat.ph/) I think it's as "British pub" as they can get around here. I think they also have Sunday Roast (I remember seeing a lot of those back in the UK!).

  2. Try Union Jack Tavern, 2nd floor, Festivall Mall, Alabang, Muntinlupa City. They also have a grocery that sells UK products. There is also an Irish pub, Mulligan's, Aguirre Avenue, Phase 1, BF Homes, Paranaque City. Both serve good food.

  3. Mulligan's also has a Sunday Roast, almost P500 Sunday buffet lunch that includes steaks and bottomless beer.
